通过双道次压缩试验研究了Nb-Ti微合金钢的静态再结晶行为,确定了应变诱导沉淀析出前Nb-Ti微合金钢的静态再结晶激活能,并建立了静态再结晶动力学模型。采用面积法及积分-能量法计算的软化率,很好地反映了微合金钢的静态再结晶行为及应变诱导沉淀析出行为。应变诱导沉淀析出的鼻尖温度在900~925℃之间,静态再结晶的临界温度(SRCT)高于950℃。

The static recrystallization behavior of Nb-Ti microalloyed steel was investigated by two-stage interrupted compression testing. The static recrystallization activation energy of Nb-Ti microalloyed steel was determined and the static recrystallization kinetics model was established before strain-induced precipitation. The area measurement method and the integral-energy approach were used to calculate softening ratio which well reflected static recrystallization behavior and strain-induced precipitation behavior of the microalloyed steel. The softening ratio changes well reflect the evolution of microstructure and precipitates.The nose temperature of strain-induced precipitation was between about 900℃and 925℃,and the static recrystallization critical temperature was higher than 950℃.
