采用阴极电泳沉积技术在烧结NdFeB磁体表面制备了氧化钛/环氧树脂复合涂层,分别通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、接触角测量仪、静态全浸泡试验和电化学工作站分析了涂层的表面形貌、润湿性和耐蚀性.结果表明,复合涂层表面光滑平整,无宏观缺陷,氧化钛颗粒均匀弥散地镶嵌在环氧树脂涂层中;复合涂层提高了烧结NdFeB磁体的润湿性,使基体表面从疏水向亲水转变;复合涂层降低了烧结NdFeB磁体在硫酸中浸泡的失重,在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度较基体降低了3个数量级.因此,复合涂层能有效地提高烧结NdFeB磁体的耐蚀性.
