本文运用热重法对NiAlFe金属间化合物在O_2-0.5%(SO_2+SO_3)气氛中于600-750℃的温度范围内由(Na,K)+2SO_4引起的低温热腐蚀进行了动力学研究。采用扫描电镜、化学分析、金相、电子探针及X射线衍射等传统方法对腐蚀产物进行了分析。结果表明,NiAlFe发生了严重的低温热腐蚀,随温度升高腐蚀速度加快。热腐蚀的发生主要归因于多元共晶盐液相的形成。CoCrAlY涂层能改善合金的耐蚀性能。
