利用自制的一套带有特殊结晶器的连续铸造试验装置,研究了锰硅铁合金的连续铸造工艺及其制品的外观和内部质量。稳定地连续铸造了直径分别为44、52、54和74 mm的锰硅铁合金铸锭。结果表明:所研究的锰硅铁合金连续铸造工艺稳定性良好,产品的外观光洁,内部组织致密,产品质量优于传统模铸法生产的锰硅铁合金。
The techniques and the internal and external qualities of continuous cast MnSi ferrous alloy which had been cast on a set of continuous cast experiment equipment with a special mould were studied. Some MnSi ferrous alloy ingots with diameter of 44, 52, 54 and 74 mm respectively were steadily continuously cast. The results show that the stability of MnSi alloy continuous cast techniques is good, the surface of MnSi alloy continuous cast ingot is smooth, the microstructure of MnSi alloy continuous cast ingot is fine and dense, and the quality of MnSi alloy continuous cast ingot is superior to that of mould cast ingot.
