利用自制的一套带有特殊结晶器的连续铸造试验装置,研究了锰硅铁合金的连续铸造工艺及其制品的外观和内部质量。稳定地连续铸造了直径分别为44、52、54和74 mm的锰硅铁合金铸锭。结果表明:所研究的锰硅铁合金连续铸造工艺稳定性良好,产品的外观光洁,内部组织致密,产品质量优于传统模铸法生产的锰硅铁合金。

The techniques and the internal and external qualities of continuous cast MnSi ferrous alloy which had been cast on a set of continuous cast experiment equipment with a special mould were studied. Some MnSi ferrous alloy ingots with diameter of 44, 52, 54 and 74 mm respectively were steadily continuously cast. The results show that the stability of MnSi alloy continuous cast techniques is good, the surface of MnSi alloy continuous cast ingot is smooth, the microstructure of MnSi alloy continuous cast ingot is fine and dense, and the quality of MnSi alloy continuous cast ingot is superior to that of mould cast ingot.
