提出了半固态连铸的主要工艺参数设计原则: 浇注温度为浇入制浆室后的熔体温度恰好等于液相线的温度; 制浆室预热温度保证熔体浇入后, 其界面温度不小于停止流动的临界温度, 不大于熔体的初始温度; 开拉时间在保证开拉时引锭不滑脱的前提下越短越好; 拉坯速度既保证金属熔体通过制浆室的时间不小于非技晶球状组织的形成时间, 又要保证熔体在通过结晶器的时间内能够形成不小于安全厚度的凝固层.
