综述了近年来超声技术在聚合物成型加工领域应用的研究进展,重点介绍了在挤出成型和注塑成型加工过程中超声技术的不同应用方式,以及超声能量在原料塑化、降低聚合物熔体黏度与改善流变性能及提高制品质量与力学性能等方面的作用机理和应用效果;指出了聚合物成型加工中超声技术的发展方向;并认为随着研究工作的深入,超声技术在聚合物成型加工领域将有更广阔的应用前景。

The recent evolutions of the application of ultrasonic technology in polymer processing were summarized, particularly the different applications of ultrasonic technology in extrusion processing and injecting molding were highlighted. The mechanism and application effects of ultrasonic energy on raw material plasticizing, which can reduce the polymer viscosity as well as improve the rheological properties, the quality and mechanical properties of the product, were emphatically presented. The development direction of ultrasonic technology in polymer processing was pointed out. With the further research, the ultrasound technology will be applied more widely in the field of polymer processing.
