为提高离散杆战斗部的毁伤效能,应用非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA,采用Lagrange算法模拟不同材料和不同厚度的内衬及不同放置角度的杆条对战斗部的影响。结果表明:内衬材料和杆条放置角度对杆条动能及战斗部成型效果影响较大;当内衬材料为尼龙,厚为3 mm,杆条放置角度为5~8°,杆条整体动能较大、成型较好、杀伤直径较大。
In order to enhance damage effectiveness of discrete rod warhead,the influence laws of different material and different thickness of lining and the angle of rods of warhead were simulated by LS-DYNA with Lagrange algorithm. The result shows that the discrete rod warhead can achieve higher speed,better forming and large lethal diameter with the lining material of nylon,the thickness of lining 3 mm and the angle of rod from 5° to 8°. The lining material has great influence on kinetic energy,while the angle of rods has strong effects on forming.
