通过膨胀试验测定了X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1铁索体耐热钢连续加热过程相变动力学曲线(CHT),根据等温转变动力学与连续转变动力学之间的关系将CHT曲线转换为等温加热相变动力学曲线(IHT);采用定量金相法测定X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1铁素体耐热钢以30℃/h加热至1070℃保温12h的过冷奥氏体经过不同温度等温转变的转变量与等温时间的关系,根据试验结果求解出修正的Avrami方程中的系数,并绘制出这种奥氏体化条件下的过冷奥氏体等温转变动力学曲线(TTT).

The isothermal transformation kinetics curves of NI2CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 ferritic heat-resistant steel were investigated. The continuous heating transformation curve (CHT) tested by dilatometric experiment is converted to isothermal heating phase transformation curve (IHT) based on the relationship between isothermal transformation kinetics and continuous transformation kinetics. The transformed volume fraction of ferrite to austenite in the steel after austenization at 1070 ℃ for 12 h is measured as a function of isothermal time at different isothermal temperatures by quantitative metallographic method. The coefficients of modified Avrami equation are obtained and TTT curve of the steel is developed based on the experiments.
