研究了一种新型高W变形高温合金中μ相的析出行为及其对合金室温、750和950℃拉伸性能的影响.结果表明,μ相在850~1150℃温度范围内的析出随温度升高先增加后降低,析出峰温度位于1000℃附近.μ相对合金拉伸性能的影响与温度有关,在750℃以下,μ相主要起第二相强化作用,提高合金抗拉强度,降低拉伸塑性 ;在950℃下,μ相的析出消耗较多固溶强化元素W,降低抗拉强度,提高拉伸塑性.
