采用W/O/W复乳法制备空心羟基磷灰石(HAP)亚微球,将空心HAP亚微球均匀分布在壳聚糖/甘油磷酸钠(CS/GP)体系中制备可注射HAP/CS水凝胶(gel 1),同时制备可注射CS水凝胶(gel 2).用X射线衍射仪、场发射透射电镜、红外光谱、扫描电镜对空心HAP亚微球和水凝胶进行了表征,并比较分析了两种溶胶的成胶时间,溶胶体系的稳定性和凝胶的抗压强度.结果表明复乳法可制备得到直径为300nm左右的HAP空心球;制备的溶胶在生理pH环境中稳定,体温条件下15min左右可转变成凝胶状态,具有可注射性,扫描电镜下观察冻干水凝胶为连通的多孔网状结构,gel 2凝胶相对gel 1凝胶有更为疏松的网络结构,但抗压强度仍比gel 1大.研究结果表明,空心HAP亚微球/CS可注射水凝胶可用作组织修复材料.
