以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为有机硅源,配制不同密度的溶胶,经逐层凝胶工艺结合CO2超临界干燥技术,获得50~200mg/cm3的密度渐变SiO2气凝胶.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线相衬成像等手段对制备获得的SiO2气凝胶进行了测试表征.重点研究了不同密度层间界面的情况,发现相邻两层SiO2气凝胶颗粒堆积的紧密程度不同,在界面处存在一定的互扩散.进一步对连续密度梯度SiO2气凝胶的制备提出了展望.
