阐述了BN界面相的结构和性能,综述了SiG/SiC复合材料BN界面相的制备方法及其对复合材料性能的影响,提出了BN界面相的结晶度不高是当前制备体系下的主要问题,并归纳总结了BN界面相有序化处理的一些方法,最后指出获得均一有序的BN界面相将是以后研究的焦点.
