针对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)成型加工中存在的熔融缺陷问题,通过在不同加工条件下对超高分子量聚乙烯进行模压成型,研究熔融缺陷的形成及对制品力学性能的影响.采用对制品进行扫描电镜(SEM)断面形貌观察、力学拉伸和差示扫描量热(DSC)测试,结果发现,延长加工时间或提高加工温度,UHMWPE的结晶行为无明显变化,但都能够有效地改善超高分子量聚乙烯的熔融缺陷,能提高制品的断裂强度和断裂韧性等力学性能.
