以化学交联法制备的改性聚丙烯(PP)为基体材料,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,采用挤出法制备了PP发泡材料,研究了循环压缩、残余应变对发泡材料吸能特性的影响.结果表明,材料的能量吸收能力及吸能效率均随循环压缩次数增加而下降;定应变循环压缩模式下,能量吸收能力及吸能效率随泡沫密度的下降而下降,变应变模式时材料密度对能量吸收能力及吸能效率没有明显的影响规律.此外,材料的吸能特性随残余应变值的增加而下降.
