随着对钢质量要求的不断提高,对钢液中非金属夹杂物去除也提出了更高的要求。碰撞、长大是去除钢液中小粒径夹杂物的有效方法。针对钢液中非金属夹杂物碰撞、长大的最新研究,分析了不同碰撞机制下,非金属夹杂物的碰撞、长大情况,探讨了钢液中非金属夹杂物碰撞团聚的机制。数值模拟是研究钢液中非金属夹杂物碰撞、长大的一个重要方向。结合相关研究的最新进展,展望了今后的发展趋势。
With the improvement of steel quality demand, the removal of non-metallic inclusions in liquid steel should satisfy much higher requirements. Collision and growth of inclusions in steel is effective method for small diameter inclusion removal. Under different collision condition, non-metallic inclusion in liquid steel collision and growth were summarized with related study. Mechanism of agglomeration of non-metallic inclusions in liquid steel was analyzed. Numerical simulation was a promising method to study the collision and aggregation of non-metallic inclusions. Besides, the perspective on development of non-metallic inclusions collision and growth in steel was given combined with latest research progress.
