目前,多目标优化设计中的加权系数基本上都是设计者通过经验来选定,缺乏有力的理论依据。在基于ANSYS软件对H型钢轧机机架圆角进行多目标优化过程中,应用模糊数学中的隶属函数,计算出不同加权系数组合的最优解和理想解的贴近度,从而确定出一组合理的加权系数,为加权系数的确定提供了理论依据。

At present, the weight number of multipleobject optimum design is provided by experiences basically. During optimizing the housing′s fillet angle of the universal rolling mills with multipleobject, the author uses the membership function of the fuzzy mathematics to calculate the proximity degree between the optimal solution of different weight numbers and perfect solution, then a rational weight number group can be determined. This method can provide a theoretical basis for determining the weight number.
