目前,多目标优化设计中的加权系数基本上都是设计者通过经验来选定,缺乏有力的理论依据。在基于ANSYS软件对H型钢轧机机架圆角进行多目标优化过程中,应用模糊数学中的隶属函数,计算出不同加权系数组合的最优解和理想解的贴近度,从而确定出一组合理的加权系数,为加权系数的确定提供了理论依据。
At present, the weight number of multipleobject optimum design is provided by experiences basically. During optimizing the housing′s fillet angle of the universal rolling mills with multipleobject, the author uses the membership function of the fuzzy mathematics to calculate the proximity degree between the optimal solution of different weight numbers and perfect solution, then a rational weight number group can be determined. This method can provide a theoretical basis for determining the weight number.
