采用正交试验设计方法,研究了固溶时间、时效温度和时效时间对Mg-2.5Nd-1.0Zn-0.5Zr合金微观组织和热导率的影响,并利用极差分析和方差分析研究了各因素对考核指标的显著性影响.结果表明,当固溶温度为535℃、固溶时间4h,时效温度220℃、时效时间50h时,该合金可获得较高的热导率.
