以脉冲电沉积方法为基础,通过改变峰值电流以及添加剂等实验条件制备出不同晶粒尺寸的镀锌层。用电化学方法研究了镀层在3.5% NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,纳米晶镀锌层的耐蚀性明显优于传统粗晶镀锌层,镀层的结构、晶粒取向等因素对镀锌层的耐蚀性影响较大。

Pulse electrodeposition was used to produce the zinc coatings with different grain sizes by changing the peak current density and the additives. The corrosion behaviors of zinc coatings in 3.5% NaCl solution were investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and EIS techniques. The results demonstrated clearly the better corrosion resistance of nanocrystalline zinc coatings compared with conventional coarse-grain zinc coatings. The structure and the crystal orientation had also a significant influence on the corrosion resistance of zinc coatings.
