针对地热能源利用过程中钢管材料出现的腐蚀结垢问题,模拟中部平原地热水的环境条件,探讨了地热水的结垢趋势以及20#钢、镀锌钢在80℃、65℃、50℃下的腐蚀和结垢规律.结果表明,在模拟地热水中,65℃、50℃试验条件下,20#钢表面形成的腐蚀结垢产物疏松,导致其腐蚀速率较快;而镀锌钢表面的锈垢混合物致密,有效减缓了镀锌钢的腐蚀速率.在80℃试验条件下,镀锌钢在模拟地热水中的表面电位较正,镀锌层失去阴极保护作用,从而加速了钢铁的腐蚀.

Corrosion and scaling are common troubles in geothermal application. The geothermal water of a central plain region was simulated to examine its scaling trends as well as the corrosion and scaling behavior of 20# carbon steel and galvanized steel pipe at 50℃, 65℃ and 80℃. The results showed that the corrosion products and scale formed on 20# carbon steel pipe surface were loose, leading to a fast corrosion rate, while the rust and scale formed on galvanized steel pipe surface were condensed, which could effectively reduce the corrosion rate in geothermal water at 50℃ and 65℃. Under the test condition at 80℃, the surface potential of galvanized steel pipes was more positive, the zinc film lost its cathodic protection role, thus accelerated the corrosion.
