本文对发生爆裂的20#锅炉管进行了检测分析,检验结果表明锅炉管在运行中由于流通不畅,受阻部位温度和压力急剧升高,致使该部位管体局部过热,组织晶粒长大,难于承受过高的压力而导致该锅炉管发生爆裂。
The cracked 20# boiler tube had been analyzed in this paper. The result showed that the local area of the boiler tube was over-heated and this caused the grain grown and the tube cracking which was due to the rapidly rising temperature and the pressure that occurred since the flow in the boiler tube was held up.
