通过溶液法制备了均匀分散的十二烷基胺功能化氧化石墨烯(DA-GO)/等规聚丙烯(iPP)纳米复合材料.热重分析及X射线衍射研究表明,DA分子链通过与环氧基团进行亲核取代而成功接枝在GO表面.复合材料断口扫描电镜和透射电镜照片显示DA-GO能以剥离的方式均匀分散于iPP基体中.差示扫描量热分析结果表明,DA-GO对iPP有明显的结晶诱导作用.均匀分散于iPP基体中的DA-GO片层能有效提高复合膜的气体阻隔性能,当DA-GO质量分数为0.5%时,纳米复合薄膜的透氧系数从纯iPP的7.42×10-14 cm3cm/(cm2·s·Pa)降低到2.68×10-14 cm3cm/(cm2·s·Pa),阻氧性能提高了177%.
