核仁是细胞核内核糖体合成、加工的场所.最近研究发现核仁参与多种细胞过程,其中最为重要的就是细胞应激反应.核仁作为细胞应激感受器,调控ARF等多种蛋白的定位及P53等关键蛋白的活性等,从而介导细胞的应激反应.对核仁的细胞辐射应激功能研究进展进行了综述.
