以生物基腰果酚为起始原料合成腰果酚二元醇(CD),以天然多羟基化合物蔗糖为交联剂,在无催化剂条件下成功合成交联型腰果酚基水性聚氨酯.通过Fr-IR、XRD、1 H NMR研究了聚氨酯的结构,并探究了不同蔗糖/CD羟基物质的量比对材料粒径分布、拉伸性能、热学性能、吸水性的影响.结果表明:蔗糖与CD成功接入聚氨酯分子链中,分子链呈现出无序状态;改性后乳液粒径增大,材料耐水性增强,拉伸强度也得到明显的改善,一定程度上提高了材料的热稳定性.当蔗糖与CD羟基物质的量比为1∶1时,胶膜24 h吸水率为11.3%,拉伸强度为34.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为1 164%,初始热分解温度为238℃,材料综合性能最佳.
