研究了铜对含铜低碳铝镇静钢再结晶织构的影响,含铜量为0—0.355%,试样为1.0毫米厚的冷轧薄板。 采用X射线极点密度测量、塑性应变比测量及金相腐蚀坑方法,证明随含铜量的增加,对深冲性能有利的{111}织构组元增强,尤其当含铜量超过固溶度时更为显著。 在含铜0.355%的样品中,用透射电子显微镜观察到细小的ε-Cu相在位错线附近析出。ε-Cu相的析出被认为是{111}织构增强的原因。
The recrystallization texture of cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheets containing copper up to 0.355% has been studied by means of X-ray pole density measurement, plastic strain ratio measurement and metallographic etching-pit technique. It is shown that the {111} texture component, which is beneficial to the deep-drawing ability, appears to be enhanced with increasing copper content, especially when the copper content exceeds the limit of solubility. Fine precipitates of ε-Cu phase around dislocation in specimens containing 0.355% Cu have been observed by transmission electron microscopy. The presence of such precipitates may be regarded as the cause of the enhancement of the {111} texture component.
