本文采用1/4波长短截线结构设计了一个超宽带滤波器,为了克服在较低频率下滤波器占用基片面积过大的问题,文中改进了1/4波长短截线滤波器的结构,大大减小了滤波器的体积,并用改进后的结构设计、制作了中心频率为785MHz,相对带宽为87%的15节超宽带高温超导滤波器,在无调谐情况下测试结果为带内S21<0.21dB,S11<-15.6 dB,带外抑制超过65dB,矩形系数达到1.3,测试结果与设计结果符合得很好.

In this paper, we present the design and fabrication of an ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass HTS filter using quarter-wavelength shunt-stub. The filter structure is improved to miniature the filter size. An UWB filter with a fractional bandwidth of 87% at 785 MHz is designed and fabricated. The measured results show an insertion loss of less than 0. 21dB, a return loss of better than 15.6dB, out of band rejection higher than 65dB, and the rectangle coefficient of 1.3 without tuning. Furthermore, the measured results are in good agreement with the simulated ones.
