采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试了不同冷却速率下低合金钢中奥氏体→珠光体转变温度和转变时间,并计算了奥氏体→珠光体转变激活能。结果表明,随着冷却速率的提高,相变温度降低,相变时间缩短,相变激活能随着相变体积分数的增加而逐渐减小。
The transformation temperature and the transformation time of austenite to pearlite in low alloy steel at different cooling rates were measured by nonisothermal diferential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method, and the transformation activation energy of austenite to pearlite in low alloy steel was also calculated. It is indicated that with increasing in cooling rate,the phase transformation temperature and the phase transformation time decrease, and the activation energy of phase transformation decrease with increasing in transformation volume fraction of austenite to pearlite.
