通过熔融挤出法制备了阻燃PP(FRPP).通过X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热(DSC)对材料非等温结晶性能进行了研究.结果表明,加入膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)后,IFR诱导PP形成一定量β晶型;少量OMMT在基体中以剥离形式存在,使晶粒尺寸得到细化;在相同降温速率下,阻燃PP的t1/2小于PP;动力学速率参数Zc则大于PP;说明有机蒙脱土(OMMT)起到了成核剂的作用,促进PP结晶并形成一定量的微晶.Avrami指数n在2~4之间变化,可推知生长方式应为球状三维生长和片状二维生长并存.
