采用溶液浸渍提拉法制备了β-PVDF/NiZn铁氧体复合膜.PVDF在60℃下恒温结晶时主要形成了极性的正交相β晶型,呈典型的球晶结构晶体,以较疏松颗粒堆积形式存在,膜的致密度较低,电容达到30~45 pF,比未加Nizn铁氧体的单相PVDF膜提高了3~5倍;在100℃下恒温结晶主要形成非极性的单斜相α晶型,晶粒以二维生长为主,晶粒问紧密接触,膜较致密,电容为20~30 pF.而当恒温结晶温度较低(50℃)时,PVDF结晶较差,呈非晶相存在,电容为10~15 pF.
