研究了Ni-Si合金分别在800℃空气和水蒸汽中的高温氧化行为.在空气中,合金表面形成的氧化膜呈双层结构,内层是连续、致密的SiO2膜,提高了合金的高温氧化抗力.高温水蒸汽中合金的氧化速率显著增大,合金表面仅观察到一层富Si氧化膜,而氧化膜的粘附性降低,随着氧化时间的延长,氧化膜发生明显剥落.
