高级检索

采用电子显微术对AL6XN奥氏体不锈钢在500~750℃经过最长3600 h时效后的析出进行研究.结果显示,试验钢在500-550℃没有析出物产生;在600℃时效后,奥氏体晶界析出碳化物.当温度升高到650~750℃,大量的析出物出现在奥氏体晶界以及晶粒内部,通过选区电子衍射及能谱分析表明AL6XN奥氏体钢的析出物为σ与Laves相的金属间化合物.
