根据莱钢热轧H型钢出现的翼缘和腹板开裂的质量问题，对有缺陷的型钢样品进行了金相、夹杂、扫描电镜等的实物分析，找出了导致缺陷产生的原因。在此基础上，从冶炼和轧制工序提出了预防和控制措施，避免了该类缺陷的重复发生。

For the issue of crack defects about the flange and web of hot rolled H section steels produced in Laiwu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., defective steel samples were studied by the methods such as metallography, inclusion, scanning electron microscopy , etc. Causes which leaded to the defects were identified. On this basis, prevention and control measures were made from smelting and rolling processes, the repetition of such defects was avoided.
