热力学计算软件Thermo-Calc可以对钢的热力学性质进行预测并指导工业生产,其预测结果的准确性取决于它的数据库.本工作先采用了自建数据库和Thermo-Calc公司的TCFE4数据库和对实验用高铝钢进行了计算,然后用热膨胀相变仪、XRD和金相等验证了计算结果.结果表明,对于高铝钢,自建数据库的计算结果准确可靠,TCFE4的计算结果则与实验偏差较大.

The commercial software Thermo-Calc can be used to calculate thermodynamic properties of steels and its accuracy depends on the installed databases. With the help of Thermo-Calc, the present work calculates the critical phase transformation temperatures of Al-contained experimental steels using a self-built database and the TCFE4 database (in Thermo-Calc), respectively. Then experiments were carried out by using dilatometer, XRD and metailography to obtain the corresponding values for validating the calculation results. It is found that the results calculated by the self-built database are very reliable when steels contain high Al, while those by TCFE4 exhibit a rather big deviation from the experiments.
