本文设计搭建了静态闪蒸实验台,对NaCl溶液静态闪蒸传热特性进行了实验研究.实验中,初始液膜厚度为0.2 m、0.4 m,初始盐水浓度为0~0.26,过热度为1.5~40℃.结果表明:闪蒸时间随着过热度的增加而逐渐增加;初始液膜厚度和浓度的增加,使闪蒸过程中不平衡分数的下降速率趋缓,导致平衡时刻不平衡分数升高;过热度的增加,使液膜中所包含的不稳定能量增多,使平衡时刻不平衡分数降低;平衡时刻体积传热系数随过热度的增加而逐渐减小.
