SmCo/Fe双层膜具有很好的各向异性,因此能够用于高密度垂直磁记录中.采用微磁学方法,详细讨论了SmCo/Fe双层膜系统中膜层厚度对于矫顽力和记录位间的过渡区噪声的影响.模拟结果表明,硬磁层和软磁层厚度对于矫顽力和过渡区噪声都具有一定的影响.为了获得大的系统矫顽力和小的过渡区噪声,有必要提高SmCo层和Fe层的厚度比,同时也要将系统中膜层厚度控制在较小的值.
