开发了一种不锈钢快速化学氧化法着黑色工艺，本文着重讨论了该配方各组份的作用及其对着黑色膜质量的影响.结果表明：该工艺具有着色时间短、环境污染小、黑膜附着力强、光泽性好等特点；同时该膜提高了不锈钢的耐磨性和耐蚀性.  

A new process for blackening of stainless steel was investigated.The mechanism of blackening process of stainless steel was analyzed.All kind,whichaffected the factors of blackening quality including the composit ion of the bath and the function of its components were carefully examined.There with the opitmal parameters for blackening process were established.The experimental results showed that blackening film possessed strong adhesion,uniform color excellent luster and better corrosion and wear resistance.
