系统研究了Yb-Mn-CaZrO3掺杂和Yb-Ni-CaZrO3掺杂BaTiO3陶瓷的显微结构与介电性能的关系.实验表明,Mn和Ni离子可以抑制Yb与CaZrO3向BaTiO3晶粒中的扩散,并形成晶粒的"壳-芯"复相结构.SEM和DSC研究表明,掺Ni较之掺Mn更有利于提高陶瓷材料中"壳-芯"结构的稳定性.CaZrO3的引入可提高瓷料的居里温度并改善介电温度稳定性,使上述两种瓷料系统的介电温度特性均满足X8R规范要求.
