随着超滤膜的应用不断扩大,膜污染问题也日趋严重,从而使膜的通透性迅速下降,膜的使用期限大大缩短,生产成本增加.针对超滤膜的污染,我们采用正交实验法进行实验室模拟,研制出一种高效的碱性膜清洗剂.同时对膜的清洗进行了试验,其膜的通量恢复率可以达到110%以上,有效延长了膜的使用寿命.
