为研究生产过程中温度、变形对热轧带钢氧化铁皮生长过程的影响,根据钢板的温度趋势,运用计算机编程计算,对集装箱钢(SPAH)、管线钢(L360)及普通碳素钢(Q235B)在ASP热连轧过程中氧化铁皮的生长规律进行了数值模拟,计算结果符合现场测量实际。解决了轧制过程中无法直接测量轧钢全过程氧化铁皮厚度的问题,为调整生产工艺参数、控制氧化铁皮厚度提供了数据。
In order to study the influence of temperature and deformation on scale formation on the strip during rolling, based on the temperature change of hot rolled strips and computer program, the numerical simulation of scale formation was carried out for three steel grades:SPAH,X60 and Q235B. The simulated results were in good agreement with the measured.The simulation method is useful for adjusting rolling parameters to control scale formation.
