钢铁产品物理检验中试样原始横截面为:圆形、矩形、多边形、环形,特殊情况下可以为某些其他形状,其中圆形试样使用更广泛,圆形试样加工主要在车床切削,目前车床使用一夹一顶的方法夹持试样,试样夹持频率快,劳动强度大,在保证加工质量前提下为提高工作效率,经研制专用夹持工具的使用,改变原始的传动方式,使试样夹持力更高,同时保证试样加工精度。降低操作者劳动强度与成本消耗,减少一道工序降低操作时间,提高检验效率。
Physical inspection of steel products in the original specimen cross section are: round,rectangular,polygonal,circular,for some special cases can be other shapes,including round specimen which is more widely used in the circular lathe cutting.Now turn to use a method with fast clamping frequency and great labor intensity.Under the premise of guaranteeing quality processing to improve efficiency,special clamping tools were developed and the original transmission was changed so that the specimen clamping force becomes higher and the sample precision was ensured.Degrade labor intensity and cost operator consumption,reduce a process to decrease operating time and increase test efficiency.
