本文研究了喷雾水滴与高温物体表面之间的传热。试验测定了锥形喷嘴的冷态特性和水滴与高温表面的传热系数,讨论了影响传热系数因素,并得出了h∝W关系式。

A simulation of heat transfer from the water droplet sprayed over the hotsurface of low carbon steel bar of continuous casting has been made. The distri-bution of water spray flux density of full cone nozzles and the heat transfercoefficient have been determined. The surface temperature of casting steel bar, thewater spray flux density and the speed of water droplets as well as others in-fluenced on the heat transfer coefficient have also been discussed.
