以多孔膨胀石墨(EG)为载体、硬脂酸丁酯(BS)为相变材料制备了相变储热复合材料,将所得材料与脱硫石膏和高分子乳液BASF400混合制备了相变储能石膏板.利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了温度(45~50℃)和高分子乳液BASF400对石膏板相变潜热的影响,分析结果表明,复合相变储热石膏板经长时间烘烤后相变潜热未出现明显变化,所得相变石膏板在建筑节能领域具有广阔的应用前景.
The phase change composite is made from exfoliated graphite and butyl stearate, and the obtained material is mixed with desulfurized gypsum and BASF400 polymer emulsion to produce the phase-change heat storing plasterboard. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) is employed to analyze the effect of temperature and BASF400paint addition to the produced plasterboard. It is found that the latent heat of phase-change heat storing plasterboard is rarely affected by temperature and BASF400-polymer emulsion addition. The obtained plasterboard holds great potential applications in building energy conservation fields.
