利用光学显微镜(OM)和数字电桥等手段研究了不同退火温度对铸轧3003电子铝箔坯料的显微组织和成品铝箔腐蚀后表面质量的影响。结果表明:0.55 mm厚3003坯料的再结晶开始温度为295℃,终了温度为320℃;在320~460℃之间退火时,再结晶晶粒尺寸随退火温度的升高而逐渐减小。经过295℃退火处理的0.55 mm厚坯料由于内部晶粒大小不一,导致冷轧后成品铝箔表面腐蚀后出现大量腐蚀条纹,而退火温度提高到320℃时,成品铝箔腐蚀后表面质量较好。
Influence of annealing temperatures on microstructure of cast-rolled 3003 aluminum alloy and surface morphology of 3003 aluminum alloy foil after corrosion were investigated by means of optical microscopy and LCR digital tester.The results show that the start recrystallizing temperature of 0.55 mm thick 3003 alloy stock is 295 ℃ and the final temperature for recrystallization is 320 ℃.The recrystallized grain size decreases with increasing of annealing temperature from 320 ℃ to 460 ℃.After annealing at 295 ℃,the recrystallized grain sizes of 0.55 mm thick stock are not uniform which results in streaks on the surface of the aluminum foil after corrosion.However,after annealing at 320 ℃,the surface quality of the aluminum foil is improved.
