利用Gleeble-3800热/力模拟机对Nb-V-Ti低碳微合金钢进行高温单道次热压缩实验,采用基于Murty准则的加工图研究该钢种在变形温度900~1150℃,应变速率0.01~10 s-1,工程应变70%下的组织特性.研究表明:功率耗散效率大于32%的峰区对应变形温度1024~1132℃、应变速率0.18~2.00 s-1,该区域为典型的等轴动态再结晶组织,为最佳热加工区域;失稳区对应900~930℃,0.1~2 s-1以及966~1150℃、1.45~10 s-1两个区域范围.
