热熔法制备了可溶性聚醚醚酮(s-PEEK)/E-51/多官能度环氧树脂复合体系,测试了体系的冲击强度、高温拉伸剪切强度和玻璃化温度,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察体系的微观结构,并与聚醚醚酮(PEEK)改性进行对比。结果表明,复合环氧体系加入两种聚醚醚酮后冲击强度下降,但含量为5g时出现较大值;体系的玻璃化温度随着s-PEEK的加入而升高;改性体系的高温拉伸剪切强度大于未改性体系,并且s-PEEK/E-51/多官能度环氧树脂体系优于PEEK/E-51/多官能度环氧树脂体系。

Soluble poly(ether ether ketone)(s-PEEK)/E-51/multifunctional epoxy resin systems were prepared by hot-melt method.Impact strength,glass transition temperature(Tg) and shear strength at high temperature were investigated,comparing with poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK) modified systems in some of the specific properties.The experimental results are as follows: The impact strength of composite epoxy resins modified by s-PEEK and PEEK decreases,when the content of TP reaches 5g,the impact strength is higher than other possible contents.The Tg of the systems increases when the addition enhanced,and the thermal strength are also increased.The high-temperature tensile shear strength of modified systems is greater than the unmodified system.And thermal strength of s-PEEK/E-51/multifunctional epoxy resin systems is greater than PEEK/E-51/multifunctional epoxy resin systems mostly.
