采用水热法制备γ-MnOOH,结果表明在温度140℃,KMnO4的量为0.5g时制备的γ-MnOOH结晶效果良好;以自制的γ-MnOOH与LiOH反应制备出离子筛前驱体,对酸洗后所得的锂离子筛的吸附性能进行了系统研究.研究结果表明,pH值12时吸附量最高,不同初始锂溶液浓度条件下锂的吸附量相差较小,锂离子筛对锂的吸附过程可用Langmuir模型来描述.

The monoclinic type γ-MnOOH was prepared by hydrothermal reaction. The results showed that the crystal of γ-MnOOH was perfect at the optimum temperature of 140℃ which the mass of KMnO4 is 0.5g. The lithium ion-sieve precursor was synthesized from monoclinic type γ-MnOOH reacting with LiOH solution. The Li+ uptake by the lithium ion-sieve was also studied. The results indicated that there was strong responsive behavior of Li+ uptake to pH and had a maximum uptake when the pH was 12; the equilibrium uptake was adjacent at different initial concentration of lithium solution; the Langmuir isotherm was applied to equilibrium studies.
