建立了模拟再结晶过程的二维元胞自动机模型,并且介绍了微观组织的显示方法,以MATLAB为平台进行程序的编制.模型采用位置过饱和形核与恒定速率形核两种形核方式,研究了不同算法下再结晶过程的动力学.结果表明:网格规模与邻居关系对再结晶动力学的Avrimi指数n几乎没有影响;采用交替Moore型邻居关系得到的最终组织与真实组织更加接近;位置过饱和形核得到的再结晶晶粒尺寸比恒定速率形核的晶粒尺寸更均匀.
