酒钢利用CSP流程与冷轧生产线匹配进行汽车板DC04的研制,采用提高钢质纯净度和优化热轧工艺及控制冷轧压下量等措施,研制的DC04汽车板碳含量可控制在50×10-6以下,罩式退火后为等轴铁素体组织,成品板晶粒度在ASTM7.5~8,获得了较强的{111}〈110〉{111}〈112〉织构,力学性能均达到IF钢标准。
DC04 steel sheet for automobile was developed through using CSP process and cold production line in JISCO.By means of improving purity of steel and optimizing rolling process,the carbon content of DC04 steel sheet can be controlled below 50×10-6,the microstructure after annealing treatment is equiaxed ferrite,the grain size of steel product is ASTM7.5-8,got more {111}〈110〉{111}〈112〉 texture and the mechanical properties can meet specification requirements of automobile sheet.
