用不同预处理后的有机蒙脱土进行乳液聚合,制备了含有机蒙脱土的聚丙烯酸酯乳液.用透射电镜、激光光散射仪、扫描电镜对乳胶粒的形态、乳液粒径大小及分布、乳胶膜剖面形貌等进行了表征,结果表明,含有机蒙脱土的聚丙烯酸酯乳液表现出粒径变小、乳胶粒形状由球形变成多边形,乳胶膜剖面形貌表现出明显的差异,结构从有序转变为无序.这些对乳液制备方法的改进和乳液的应用提供了重要的信息.
