氯化聚氯乙烯( CPVC)酸相法生产工艺是通过用一定浓度的盐酸介质替代水介质进行的氯化反应,使氯化反应的均匀性提高,产品氯含量稳定,热稳定性明显提高。通过控制通气量及反应时间等反应参数,可以得到不同氯含量及其他性能参数的氯化聚氯乙烯( CPVC ),产品满足不同的需要。本工艺方法简单、生产效率高、产品均匀性和稳定性好。

Polyvinyl chloride ( CPVC) is chlorinated by acid phase method,which is processed by alternative water medium in chlorination reaction with a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid. The uniformity of chlorin-ation,chlorine content and the inherent quality of the product was investigated. By controlling the ventilation a-mount and reaction time in the reaction a series of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride products with different chlorine content and performances were obtained,which adapt to the needs of different occasions. The result showed that the acid phase method is a simple process, high efficiency, uniformity of chlorination, good stability and energy-saving.
