采用电化学沉积方法成功地制备了高度有序的镍纳米管/线阵列结构,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对产物的微观形貌和化学结构进行了表征和分析.测试结果显示,镍纳米结构阵列规整,镍纳米管壁具有多晶体结构;X射线衍射图谱表明,镍纳米管壁具有较高的结晶度.研究了沉积时间对镍纳米结构的影响.

High ordered nickel nanostructure arrays are successfully fabricated by electrodeposition into anodic aluminum oxide template. The morphology, microstructure, and chemical composition of the Ni nanostructures are investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), conventional transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and X-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively. The results show that highly ordered Ni nanostructure arrays are observed, and the wall of Ni nanotubes is polycrystal. The structural characteristic of the nanotubes is examined using X-ray diffraction showing (111) and (200) peaks of Ni. The result shows that the obtained Ni nanostructures are pure Ni. The relationship between deposition time and Ni nanostructures is discussed in the work.
